My Name is Mike… and Tammy Leone was my real estate agent when I sold in December 2021.
I was dreading the prospect of going through all the changes of selling my home and Tammy came highly recommended. She must be the hardest working agent I have ever even heard of. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the market, her willingness to take time and explain things in a manner that made sense and her no nonsense attitude. She gave me several simple non-costly suggestions to improve marketability of my property and here staging service put the final touches on a beautiful presentation. She worked side by side with me to move out old unused furniture and clean up and restore various cabinetry. Her contacts brought in painters, plumbers and handy men of various types at reasonable rates to make repairs and polish things up.
When all was said and done the house was on the market for about a week and I got about $140K more than what I could have reasonably hoped for and almost double what I paid 10 years ago.
I am not easily impressed but Tammy definitely got the job done. She is the best.
